AT WHAT AGE CAN MY CHILDREN DECIDE WHERE THEY WANT TO LIVE?

In Florida, one of the factors that the court considers in the best interest of the child standard is what the child's or children's wishes are as it relates to the time-sharing schedule. Unfortunately, there is no age that is set in the statute for the court to consider the child's wishes.
