Can parenting time in Florida be denied to a noncustodial parent?

In Florida, parents have a right to parent their children. However, if an individual suffers from a mental health condition, substance abuse issues, or has undertaken lifestyle choices that threaten the safety and well-being of a child, the courts in Florida can most definitely limit or restrict a parent's right to parent in order to protect the safety of the child or children.
